Quick Lease Car Rentals Reviews

I am very happy to see this type of company because they have good condition cars and also very well mennered staff like Hassan

Will not recommend this company . Very poor customer care . They just deduct the money from your account without informing you . Don’t give them the card details.

Great service especially thanks to Mr asad who tell about this

Quick Lease Experience My 2nd experience with Quick Lease has changed my opinion for them & convinced me to leave a positive review only because of Mr. Talha at their MOE Sales Centre G floor. I rented a Micra & when I arrived it was not even available in their parking space (even though I arrived late) & preparing a car will take more than 1.5 hours for them as I've experienced initially, he jumped on to the situation and swapped it with a new Sunny 2022 w/o any further delay & for the same price as a gesture since, the rest of the experience with them almost convinced me to cancel my reservation and leave. Quick Lease provides the best CAR for you, but take my word Mr. Talha provides the best CARE!

I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided by Asad Thank you and your team

ouble charged me, said they would refund me. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund. Multiple emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls ignored. Renting 2 cars from this company for over 6 months. They're quick to chase you for money, but when they owe you money, they ignore you.

I rented Nissan Micra and spark from quicklease. Great service. Alisha helped me for the booking procedure

Cheating company very bad service. 1. I asked for a car which they told me that they did have it, after having paid they gave me another one because the car that I had requested was being technically reviewed. After four months they never delivered the car that I had initially requested. 2. They make debit card discounts without permissions, I did not want to rent more, the car and they deducted 2500 aed from my card again without asking if I wanted to continue renting 3. Failure to comply at the time of delivery of the car. They say to pick up the car at 11 am and they arrive at 4 pm and they also charge 160 aed for delivery, they debit it again from my card without consulting me.

Best rental company. The provide the best service and gud staff like Hassan

It was a great experience with quick lease I must say.. The employees from accounts department are very cooperative & polite. I got my deposit back on time. Much appreciated their services.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided by Mr. Hassan we had a wonderful time in dubai. Thanks to you and your team!!!!!!

I have been renting with Quick Lease for the past year and have had a great experience. Waqas has been especially helpful. He is quick to respond to any email or message and has helped me when I needed to change car or get a refund. I have had issues with Quick lease, but having Mr. Saif, Operations, Accounts and Refunds department's support is the main reason I return to them time and time again. Thank you Waqas and The Quick Lease Team.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE CAR HIRE COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! THE WORST CAR HIRE COMPANY IN THE WORLD! RUDE STAFF IN OFFICE AND ON THE PHONES, DO NOT HELP YOU WITH ANY ISSUES. HIDDEN CHARGES, AND EXTRA CHARGES EVERY MONTH ON A SIGNED PRICE AGREEMENT. MADE UP CHARGES FROM PARKING TICKETS FROM OVER A YEAR AGO. DE ACTIVATED THE CAR LEAVING ME STRANDED BECAUSE THEY "CLAIM' THEY DO NOT TAKE AUTOMATED PAYMENTS! LIE OVER THE PHONE ABOUT NON PAYMENTS CLAIM TO GIVE YOUR REFUND BACK AFTER 30 DAYS AND NEVER SEND REFUND! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE IT IS A SCAM!!

أنصح الجمبع بالتعامل معه قمة بالاحترافيه والمواعيد وصدق التعامل ونظافة السيارة وبكون بكل مره ازور دبي اول مكتب اتعامل معه وكذلك الاسعار جداً جميله

Fraud company! They have some or the way to claim damages or fuel charges which I believe is total nonsense! Their fleet of vehicles is totally damaged. I had to replace my car 3 times in a month! BEWARE of these Scammers.

Better Cheaper

one of the Worst Companies in The Refund Process after you finish your Car Rental , More than 50 Days with no refund until now with no reason , More than 6 calls to them without any action . I don't Recommend them at All

SCAMMERS & FRADULENT!! Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in all of DUBAI. After one month of waiting for my refund that never came I had to fight to get it and when it finally comes though I only receive 231 AED out of 1000 AED. For more than 2 weeks I’m ghosted via WhatsApp and Emails, no one replies my messages and they all say, contact Mr. Aneesh who doesn’t give two cents about me. I have to physically go to the agency to get an answer which is a supposed fine. But guess what?! Said fine isn’t given to me. The agent at the office promises someone from accounting will send it to me today. And guess what?? It’s the end of the day and still haven’t received ANYTHING. I don’t believe I got a fine at all as I was always checking if I got any and before giving back the car there was nothing. And I’m asking for proof of the fine and again I’m being ghosted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Contract Number: MRA-112102934 Car Kia Picanto AUH-41853-18

They don't deserve even one star, their costumer service is so poor. I would not recommend to no one. There are so many car rental that they give you good service.

Never again. Do not rent a car from them. The cars are refurbished cars (visited their workshop) and they are in a bad shape. When handing in the car and asking a refund they used every excuse in the book not to provide reasonable return /compensation.
