SCAMMERS & FRADULENT!! Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in all of DUBAI. After one month of waiting for my refund that never came I had to fight to get it and when it finally comes though I only receive 231 AED out of 1000 AED. For more than 2 weeks I’m ghosted via WhatsApp and Emails, no one replies my messages and they all say, contact Mr. Aneesh who doesn’t give two cents about me. I have to physically go to the agency to get an answer which is a supposed fine. But guess what?! Said fine isn’t given to me. The agent at the office promises someone from accounting will send it to me today. And guess what?? It’s the end of the day and still haven’t received ANYTHING. I don’t believe I got a fine at all as I was always checking if I got any and before giving back the car there was nothing. And I’m asking for proof of the fine and again I’m being ghosted.
