Awful, they are the typical scammers that you find a lot in the car rental space. Lots of random charges, dishonest tactics, harassment and unexplained large charges on the card months after renting the car. I had to take legal action.

Rented a car for one day and clearly communicated that upfront. On the second day, I asked when they’d collect the car, only to be told I’d be charged for an extra day because I hadn’t “arranged” pickup—even though I called and messaged during the original rental window and got no response. After speaking with them, they admitted there had been a misunderstanding and apologised. However, two weeks later, they attempted to charge me for the extra day anyway, plus additional fees. Disappointing experience, especially after the issue had been acknowledged. Would advise clear written terms and follow-up if you rent here
