We took the car over direct at the arrival parking of the Airport. This was great - No waiting, no Shuttlebus. Gogar Zaman was very friendly and gave us his number If there are any problems. Would rent there again. Price ess also ok.

Very good experience

We used QuickLease Car Rentals in January 2025 and had a great experience. Their pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, and the staff greeted us warmly. We received our deposit back on time, well before the 20-day period. They did deduct Salik and a fine amount, but they also sent a detailed email with the invoices, which I really appreciated. The deduction was unfortunate but completely fair. Overall, a reliable and professional service—I would definitely use them again!

We used their service upon landing at the airport, and everything was seamless. Their shuttle service was quick and efficient—we got to the car within just 5 minutes! The vehicle was very neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff, especially the drivers, were extremely professional and courteous. Highly satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Pathetic experience. Booked a car for Abu Dhabi that never got delivered. Call multiple times to hear that they had the wrong number although we were talking via WhatsApp and they had my email. After multiple calls got the the confirmation at 3.15pm that the car will be delivered to finally hear at 8.00pm that there is no driver available. The service is not reliable at all would not recommend.

NEVER RENT WITH THEM. COMPLETE SCAMMERS. I have 11 days left with my contract and no one is delivering the car nor proceeding with the refund. they are literally robbing. I've been comtacting them for 10 days and no one is helping nor giving support. they stop answering. and every single day I havw to text them again explaining my situation. it is really a lack of respect. I am very disappointed. Never rent from them. Complete scammers and thieves

Worst car rental experience ever. This company is a scam ! Be careful.. most of the positive reviews here are fake accounts. At our arrival to the airport, no driver/no car was waiting for us as agreed. At their Deira branch, they provided smaller car than the booked model. Abusive and fraudulent withdrawed amounts at the end of the rental.

TERRIBLE experience—avoid this company at all costs. The car was supposed to be delivered at 2 PM but didn’t arrive until 10 PM. Their customer service is just awful—they don’t respond and completely ignore your messages. And on top of that they still haven’t returned my deposit, even though I returned the car in the same condition over a month ago. I tried contacting them they are not replying to my messages. Judging by other customer reviews, it seems scamming people is a common practice for this shady company. They shouldn’t even be allowed to operate.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them they make up lies about damages on the car they take money out of your bank account without consent and when you give the car back the drivers turn up 5 hours late and also go rising the petrol you put in to give the car back then after blame you for having no petrol in the car stay away the are a scam and just rob your money!!!! one of the worst and most rudest company’s i have dealt with

I hired a car for a month from this company via Discover Cars website. I collected the car a new model Mazda 3 from their Al Quoz branch in Dubai. The document procedure went smoothly and I was on my way within 30 minutes or so. The car was a bit small for me (I'm 2 m tall) and necessitated my performing contortionist tricks to get in and out. However the driving experience was a pleasure with surprisingly quick acceleration and good fuel economy. After a month I continued the hire for a week but changed the car for something more comfortable for my height. They provided me with a KIA SORENTO SUV which was also new but had a dent in the body where it had been rear ended in a previous hire period. No worries the car was driveable and the damage photographed so I could not be held responsible. The changeover documentation was swiftly handled by their office staff who were always pleasant and courteous. I was a little concerned after returning the car as some reviewers on here reported they had not had their deposit returned. My fears were assuaged when my deposit was duly returned to my bank account after the 20 day period following the ending of the hire had passed. Would I use this company again, sure their rates are competitive and their cars new.

Quick Lease car hire in Dubai has been reported to Dubai Tourist Police and hopefully they will investigate this company and stop their company to operate in Dubai or UAE. Many customers on Trustpilot reviews have been cheated and should be compensated.
