1 star is even too much

1 star is even too much. I went to check out and the lady checked my room to give me my deposit back. She came and told me she couldn't give me my 100 back because she said I smoked in the room. I lit incense while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Apparently she can't tell the difference in roses and nasty cigarette smoke. The rooms are half cleaned, breakfast is horrible. There are stains all over the curtains and sheets!!!!

so this hotel is highly unsafe for ur family , the crew name are u need to watch out will try walk over you her name is VIJAY BASANI and the dude name is DJ aka i wonder if right im sure these too are not any legally in are country , me myself as ex GM would never hire them , they are rude will find any way keep taken ur money also they want get mad that there was no sign up about 100 $ deposit anywhere where the customer has to obey , all other hotel apps are aware so is the local PD they are trying to SCAM BE SAFE !!!!

Scam you on loyalty points

The hotel itself is fine. Comfort suites in Springfield OR. It’s the company scamming me out of their loyalty points that gets me. 5/7 of my visits in a month not comped for points. I called, they gave me some BS run around. Sent in reviews for said days on their app, they say they’ll reach out to me in 72 hours, now been two weeks. Don’t say you’ll give your customers with accounts loyalty points for their stays if you won’t. Comfort suites scams you hoping you won’t notice.

I’m beyond disappointed in choice…

I’m beyond disappointed in choice hotels I was staying at the Econolodge mins you my room was disgusting the drain in the shower had a rancid smell the floors were disgusting and I had no Wi-Fi in my room my whole stay and I had a deposit on my card and they made me pay another deposit cash and refused to refund my cash deposit I call choice hotels what I waste of time so ridiculous it’s not like I was asking for a refund for how disgusting this hotel room was I just wanted my hundred dollar deposit that was rightfully mine and Joyce hotels and do anything Literally wasted 30 minutes of my time such a joke

Don’t stay here.They lied about…

Don’t stay here.They lied about breakfast. They had nothing for breakfast but coffee. I was charged twice. I paid booking.com and the hotel. I paid something like $76 cash after paying booking.com about the same. The room wasn’t even worth $40. The shower didn’t work. I could have gotten a room there for next week for $38 a night but I don’t trust them. The Quality Inn corporate office wants me to pay them for help after the person on the phone said the location doesn’t exist. The Travelodge is much better.

What a wonderful place with exceptional staff

I must say this hotel in Lubbock on 5113 S Loop 289, Lubbock, TX 79424 was simply AMAZING. Usually cheaper hotels in Lubbock area are NOT GOOD, but this one I hit on the spot, very clean, staff very helpful, rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at this place. I will definitely come back as our kids are at Texas Tech University.

Quality Inn Brighton CO- Brighton Rd

This hotel is filthy dirty and needs some serious cleaning attention. Priceline listed it as a 3 star but it is a 0 star. Location is Quality Inn on Brighton Rd. Stairs, elevator, rooms and front desk area need deep cleaning. Ice machine and hot water in breakfast area does not work. No internet. Hotel is being painted and room smelled like paint all night. Staff did not want to review concerns at check out.

You get what you pay for.

Recently stayed at the “Quality” Inn in Raeford, NC and was expecting too much for the price I paid. The promotional photos make the venue look far better than it actually is, and breakfast is not exactly inspiring. Luckily, other fast food outlets are nearby if you want to start your day right. (But additional cost) Stay here if you just need a bed for the night and don’t expect to be impressed.

About Quality Inn & Suites Tropicana Field St Petersburg, FL. This is a Quality Inn brand and it is not good for the company to have this type of issue happening to guests in a Hotel that carries what is supposed to be a trustful Quality Inn banner. I stayed at the Hotel from July 8 to 10 and I had a horrible and absurd experience. They take $100 deposit and they make up things not to give your deposit back. This is fraudulent and absurd. When I checked out I asked for a receipt for my $100 release as promised upon check-in. A man at the front desk was clearly upset because I asked for the receipt (that is because I had forgotten I stayed there before an year ago and they actually charged me instead of just authorizing and in order to have my money back I had to file a claim with bank of america and it took over a month to resolve) The man, which I believe is the manager and told me rudely to wait as someone would check the room first. Then he gave me a receipt that shows they charged me $50 for "cleaning Fees"!!!!He said the little wash cloth was dirty with make up!!!!! Absurd!!!!! I left the room perfect and there was nothing to justify this $50. Cleaning is included on the hotel price!!! They invented something to take the money from me. I debated and asked proof of what they were charging me for from the room and they refused. The person at the front desk was ignoring me and said I'm not giving your money back and that's it. He kept repeating it. I have multiple witnesses. It was horrible. Treatment horrible This is absurd and fraudulent and unlawfully. I stay at many hotels both for work and leisure. I also worked for over 10 years in hotels. This is the worst ever. In guest service, accommodation, cleaning etc. But to randomly take $50 from me is beyond bad customer service and I am not accepting it. Also, Breakfast (horrible as well) is until 9. I got there at 8:45 and they had already taken almost everything away and the lady seemed upset because me and another family arrived for breakfast at that time. There was no toilet paper in the room when I arrived and no hand towels and they refused to give me more than 1 and said they had no hand towels at all. Staff all seem unhappy all the time.

Worst inn ever!

This place is very unsanitary .It was supposed to be cleaned before we arrived, yet we were told housekeeping is running behind and it would be another 40 minutes. We waited an hour and it wasn’t clean. The front desk lady went to look for housekeeping and it took her about 15 minutes to find them, they still were behind and we were told to come back in an hour and when we got back which was over an hour the housekeeper was walking out our room. I would give them a zero, but it only allows a 1.

Didn't get the deposit back and when…

Didn't get the deposit back and when called to ask about it 7 days later the front desk lady was rude . Would not get ahold of manager so I could get the problem solved. Not only that they had a. Guy who said was security which was not following me around scared me the black man was racist I called the police

We stayed in Gulf breeze, Florida. They were a little worms in the bathtub and on the floor in the sink area. The employees were very nice but the worm situation was gross

Oak ridge TN

Room dirty I had found rose petals, a sprite bottle under non working heat/air unit, rocks, dust everywhere, sugar on counter, toilet has black rings inside and outside, the tub has rust stain where it leaks all night long, heater didn't work...it was blowing straight cold air! ! The whole building smelled bad and the room was worse. Check in lady was very rude and very unprofessional. As she was checking me in she took a phone call from home (apparently her daughter). I didn't feel welcomed at all I felt more like a bother for her.

Quality Inn , Bradenton , Florida , 🇺🇸

We had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Quality Inn North 1-75 in Bradenton , Florida . Not did this shady Motel extort $ 350 + for 2 nights during this Memorial Day Weekend, The Indian Gujarati older couple was extremely rude when I asked for a safety pin for a missed button !! No English , Shady Operation & tax evasion by bringing Mom , Dad & Patel clans coming by the truck load from Gujarat , India 🇮🇳 to evade paying taxes to our US Government , atleast that is what I assume ... to spread Hindu Racism here in USA ! This kind of shady operations even if is by “ Hotels , Motels and Patels “ 🏨 should be looked at by IRS for tax fraud ! The Hispanic young lady working there was so afraid of that Nasty older Gujarati women . Should ship these Gujus back to Mother India 🇮🇳 on the next flight out ✈️ No room for rude anyone in the hospitality industry, Period!! We usually stay at Hyatt place or Holiday Inn Express in Sarasota with no issues when we visit our dear son in LECOM , Bradenton ! This was a fluke rude Patel , who came” Fresh Off The BoaT “ from Gujarat ... Maybe 🤔 I know a lot of fine hardworking Gujarati families like Viraj Parikh ,Dr& Mrs. Parikh ,Neil Parikh , Bhavana Patel ,Dr. Drew Patel etc etc from NE Ohio .. love all of them💕 Such kind, hardworking citizens of these United States🇺🇸 God Bless🙏🏻

Quality Inn Gatlinburg TN

Don't waste your money on staying here. The location is the only redeeming "quality' there is to this Inn. We experienced many issues during our stay this week. They had an excuse for everything that was brought to their attention. They also do not side with the customer is always right theory. On the off chance that you get such a "great deal, that you can't refuse" (LOL) I would highly recommend that you see the room before you check in. If you decide to get one of the whirlpool rooms bring your own cleaning supplies bc ours wasn't cleaned, even after we requested it be cleaned. The attendant told the front desk that she cleaned it and he sided with her; however, I know for a fact that she didn't bc I left dirty towels in the whirlpool and they were still there when we got back from our day trip. We were unable to enjoy it and they didn't care. The phone didn't work and there was nothing done about that either. I could go on and on about our problems but I'm running our of characters left to complete the complaint. They only refunded us a paltry $50.35 (1/2 the amount of our 1st days price)

NOT Quality Inn 1315 Menaul Blvd NE, Albq, NM

1315 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 This place was the WORST. Would give 0 stars if possible - or negative ones! It was filthy - by any standards but especially disgusting during COVID. There was dried food, looked like salsa, all over one of the surfaces. The toilet made a loud sound that I've never heard coming from a piece of plumbing. There were no tissues in the built in tissue box, no "do not disburb" door sign but plenty of mold in the shower. We had to unplug the refrigerator because of the high pitched sound it made. The exterior door was propped open with a rock so anyone could enter without a key card and the interior halls were extremely run down. The building is steps from I 25 freeway so the noise was atrocious. We just wanted a decent place to spend the night after a long day of travel to the Sunport but this was not it. AVOID!

Disgusting, Rude, NEVER AGAIN.

Cahokia, IL When looking at hotels my most important feature is Full Breakfast and Indoor Pool. Upon arrival, I find out that “full breakfast” is a granola bar and some fruit to take back to your room. I’ve had other hotels do the full breakfast and then send you back to your room but this is crazy. Then we find out you only get 45 minutes in the pool and limit of 15 people in the pool, IF there is a spot open. Okay, whatever, we carry forward. Not even 10 minutes in the room and I find a ROACH. Now I’m regretting staying. We leave for a bit and come back to find our door doesn’t lock. We alert the MANAGER who said it will be several hours before someone can fix it. WHAT?! Okay I’ll be awake for several hours for this person to come.... When the manager sent her SON, up to look at the door, we found that we needed to order our food for breakfast at check in. Why was I not told this when I checked in?! Our group goes for a swim and finds hair in the pool floating... looks like dog hair, the pool does not smell of chlorine but I have kids and adults saying it tastes of SALT. Oh and the towels I called in advance to ask if I needed to bring, they were not in the pool room. When I asked for them I waited 20 minutes before just taking all 9 of us back to our rooms to shower, only to find 3 towels in each room. When alerting the Manager of my problems, she stated, it’s just been a full night. The next morning, our “breakfast order” was not what we ordered. We had the egg tortilla tacos that we didn’t order, instead of all Jimmy Dean Biscuits. Neither meal options were good for the kids with allergies. I will never stay with another Quality Inn because of this experience.

Don’t waste your money

My room was wrong at first, and the whole place smelled like smoke. But the man at the desk was very helpful. He saved this place, honestly. Loud toilets that have minds of their own. Lousy air conditioners. Wobbly floors and dirty carpets.
