Nothing ever seems to be in stock, even though it states it on the website as available. It's not the first time I've ordered and had an email stating something is on a 4-5 week lead time, when other UK stockists have it available. When you suggest alternatives (which are also available on the website), they turn out to be special order, non-refundable etc. QS always seem to be £5 cheaper than elsewhere. There's a reason for this - customers service is sporadic and utterly incompetent. I complained about a delayed order yesterday and asked for a full refund. Today I've got a notification that my order shipped. I still have no idea if it is a complete or part order. My advice - pay the extra £5 and go to Victorian Plumbing or Screwfix etc. Don't be disappointed. The more I look at this company, the more like a scam it seems. Look at the 1-star reviews, I won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. I ordered a bath and it was delivered by two male drivers. Only one of them bothered to get out of the van. He left the bath leaning against my garage door, which was completely inappropriate and unsafe. I politely asked him to place it inside the garage — I was willing to open the garage door myself — and he flatly refused, stating it was “doorstep delivery,” then walked off. The second driver didn’t even get out of the vehicle. There is nothing on the website that clearly states deliveries are limited to being dumped outside, and even if there were, the complete lack of basic customer service and common decency was shocking. The driver’s dismissive attitude was unacceptable, and based on how I was treated, I genuinely believe racial bias may have played a part in this interaction. To make matters worse, the bath was left carelessly and arrived scratched and damaged. Unfortunately, I was unable to report the damage as it was discovered too late once the bath had already been fitted, which only adds to the frustration of how this delivery was handled. I made a formal complaint to the company, yet they refused to send the drivers back or take responsibility. I received no genuine apology — only hollow words that I believe were written purely for the sake of it, along with a statement that their delivery information “will be updated and the drivers spoken to ''. I have been left feeling completely let down by this company and would not order from them again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using them — customer care is clearly not a priority.

Great Service

Great price for the product, delivery on time.

Muzzamil and Salman were both great dealing with an issue with our sink purchase. Whilst it was not great that the sink was faulty this was dealt with so efficiently and courteously. Arrangements for collection was efficient. No quibble about sink and refund applied quickly by Muzzamil. I wish all companies had such good customer service.

We purchased a RAK Sorrento floor standing mixer tap in 2022 which suddenly developed a problem with water pouring from diverter onto the floor when switching from shower to bath. The tap came with a 15 year guarantee from the manufacturer so I contacted QS Supplies and communicated with Seerat explaining the problem and then forwarded a short video. Seerat came back to me promptly to say a new tap would be supplied within 1-2 days. The tap arrived the next day. What a refreshingly great service, from initial contact to new product in 72 hrs hassle free! Thank you Seerat.
