Absolutely unacceptable service from…

Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. I ordered a bath and it was delivered by two male drivers. Only one of them bothered to get out of the van. He left the bath leaning against my garage door, which was completely inappropriate and unsafe. I politely asked him to place it inside the garage — I was willing to open the garage door myself — and he flatly refused, stating it was “doorstep delivery,” then walked off. The second driver didn’t even get out of the vehicle. There is nothing on the website that clearly states deliveries are limited to being dumped outside, and even if there were, the complete lack of basic customer service and common decency was shocking. The driver’s dismissive attitude was unacceptable, and based on how I was treated, I genuinely believe racial bias may have played a part in this interaction. To make matters worse, the bath was left carelessly and arrived scratched and damaged. Unfortunately, I was unable to report the damage as it was discovered too late once the bath had already been fitted, which only adds to the frustration of how this delivery was handled. I made a formal complaint to the company, yet they refused to send the drivers back or take responsibility. I received no genuine apology — only hollow words that I believe were written purely for the sake of it, along with a statement that their delivery information “will be updated and the drivers spoken to ''. I have been left feeling completely let down by this company and would not order from them again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using them — customer care is clearly not a priority.
