We purchased a RAK Sorrento floor standing mixer tap in 2022 which suddenly developed a problem with water pouring from diverter onto the floor when switching from shower to bath. The tap came with a 15 year guarantee from the manufacturer so I contacted QS Supplies and communicated with Seerat explaining the problem and then forwarded a short video. Seerat came back to me promptly to say a new tap would be supplied within 1-2 days. The tap arrived the next day.
