The taps were as described, well packed and received in quick time.

I bought a toilet seat and it arrived quickly, unfortunately one of the hinge shrouds had a manufacturing defect. QS Supplies quickly rectified the issue. I'm very happy with their customer service.

Excellent quality

As usual, spot on quality (Rak Curve bath tap with hair shower) and delivery! Matches bathroom sink tap perfectly. Purchased several items in the past from QS and they never fail to delivery quickly and no hassles.

I bought an expensive concealed shower valve from a renowned brand. After using it for just over a year, it suddenly stopped working. Contacted QS Supplies (qssupplies.co.uk) and their customer service (after-sales service) was shocking. I would not recommend this company at all. Poor delivery. Ordered from site which stated would be delivered up to 4 days. Received a e-mail to say my order would be delivered next week, 16 days from when my order was made. No follow up e-mail so called QS for an update to be told items were not actually in stock and should be delivered next week which will be 20 days from original order. Sill states will be delivered up to 4 days.

Purchased bathroom vanity unit and sink. Nice quality. Delivered on time. Had issue with sink contacted company and Mansoor dealt with the problem in a professional and timely manner. Good customer service.

Good selection of products at very competitive prices. Unfortunately the product I ordered arrived damaged - not the fault of QS Supplies. The return of the item was painless - a courier arrived to pick it up for free. Unfortunately, the replacement became out of stock - again, not the fault of QS Supplies - seemingly a nation-wide problem. I was kept informed of the progress of the re-ordered item, and delivery was immediately when back in stock. Special mention for Seerat whose customer service was impeccable.

Despite a day of pointless waiting for a delivery that was expected that day, I can say I'm satisfied with the service. Seerat, in particular, went out of his way to provide information about the delivery and ensure I was given a tight slot on the second attempt. Thank you!

I have not had such a fantastic service from a company for a long time. I had an issue with something I bought a year ago. I emailed with a photo. Within a few hours my email was acknowledged. Within a few hours after that, my issue was resolved. More often than not, companies these days will try and get out of resolving issues which benefit the customer or it becomes a really long process where you have to chase all the time. So this was very refreshing to see. Thank you Mansoor for all your help.

Disgusted. Supplied a damaged and dangerous towel radiator. Dented, leaking, and this was supposed to be a top end product. Awaiting their response.

Competitive pricing on the taps i have purchased for customer's bathrooms. There has never been any issues with delivery completion or time lengths. Thus far, no need to have contacted for any warranty issues.

Good stock carried. Poor transport contractor, very slow. Check their pricing. Often cheaper elsewhere.
