Pure Pet Food

It all comes down to an empty bowl! No more putting covers on the bowl to see if she eats her breakfast later, or taking it out with us if we're going out for the day, as Molly eats it all! I think she also enjoys the variety of flavours, so she never gets bored of it. It's lovely to see her really tucking in and enjoying it. Another big plus is the convenience, not having open tins of meat in the kitchen. Also, it's so easy taking the food on holiday, just seal the bag, pack her bowls and go.

Tried my dog on this for 3 days. She didn't eat much of it, even with encouragement and trying the "fussy dog" tips included with the food (tried 3 different flavours with her and she didn't like it). The small amount she managed to eat led to vomiting the next morning on all occasions. There's no option for a refund if your dog doesn't get on with the food. I wouldn't recommend it and don't want to put anyone else's dog through that so won't be donating it.

Fast response to questions. I can't stand companies that take 24/48 hrs to respond. Also chat bots are useless. You can beat the human touch.

My dog loves this food and never has any problems with loose stools or nasty wind like with previous food. It's really easy to store and use. Can't fault it.

Customer service has been brilliant, especially when Bella stopped eating for a little while. Bella is now loving every meal, her weight, coat and stools are the best they've ever been! And that's thanks to pure!

Pure Pet Food has transformed my dog's health. I used to feed my dog Purina, then all of a sudden she started to be sick after meals every now and then. Spoke to a few friends and was recommended Pure. I haven't looked back since. Her coat is super shiny and she's full of energy. In general she's a happier dog. On top of that the companies customer service is excellent. I've forgotten to top up orders from time to time and been worried I'd run out. They've sent out food quickly with no hassle. Thoroughly recommend.

Easy to prepare...Benji absolutely loves it!

Very misleading communication with customer service. I told them I had a large breed American bulldog puppy and asked if the food was suitable for him. I was told yes it was suitable yet the food I give him is the same as I give my 10 year old staffy …. Again I was misled into thinking the food was a specific senior food. Why do they ask your dogs age and breed if it’s ignored when it comes to the food plans? My dogs stools improved but he was losing weight and my vet advised me the food is only for adult dogs not for puppies especially large breed ones. I emailed and asked again if the food was suitable as my own vet has advised me otherwise and despite increasing the food by a third my dogs ribs are still showing I now have 56 days of food at a cost of over a hundred pounds which is unsuitable for my puppy. My last email response was to confirm I may keep the food until 2028 when it’s sell by date runs out and give it to my then adult dog!. They have refused to answer and admit that the food is NOT suitable for large breed puppies. Very misleading and don’t want to know if you have a complaint. Once they have your money that’s it job done. I don’t recommend this company at all.

I can not complain about this product, but I cancelled as my dog is unfortunately not keen on it and pushes the bowl around instead of eating it. My only niggle is you have to call to cancel your subscription instead of being able via your account.

Jeffrey and Lytton are loving their pure pet food experience. With the warmer weather we add more water which they enjoy. It makes adding vet prescribed flea tick and worm tablets so easy too just crush into powder and add to some pure mix and they eat it without issue.

The ordering is easy and reliable, the delivery is always quick and the delivery people are friendly and helpful and the food is good. It helps my dogs with their allergies and digestive problems. Since using this food my dogs have not had any flare ups. One of my dogs does not like the food that much but still eats it as there is plenty of choice and variety.

Freddie absolutely loves his pure pet food- he’s always waiting for meal times! He was super fussy before and would leave his food. I used to worry if he was getting enough nutrients.
