Pure Pet Food

Fergus has always been a bit fussy about his food, but since switching to Pure, we had to buy him a slow feeder! He even tells us when it’s breakfast and tea time! I like the opportunity to change the delivery date if we have too much food or are running low!

Not impressed. For all their claimed support and care it amounts to nothing. I tried their food in good faith after seeing all their advertised guff but it made my elderly dog with Pancreatitis very ill. When I asked for a partial refund for unopened food they said no donate it to a charity! Also, I may have some to pay for my next delivery! They are clearly just rip off merchants just interested in getting subscriptions. Now offered a partial refund.

Must admit at first feeding my dog was problematic, but only with one particular flavour. But persevered, and she takes it without any problem. As another positive point her coat is more healthy looking, and her digestive tract is functioning normally.

We started trying Eadie on Pure first but the other 2 loved it as well. Have been using for a while now and this is what I have found: Noticed a difference in their coats. They are really shining now No more Poos waiting for us in the morning! Eadie has stopped eating Edna’s poop! Vile creature lol They absolutely love this food

We are getting on so well with this food. My dog (Maltese cross) is super fussy with food and has turned her nose up to many known brands of food. This one she licks the bowl clean, on every feed! I was sceptical about trying it as it's so different to kibble. But honestly I'm glad we've switched her. Her p**s are much more solid and she seems to have a more settled tummy, often on other food brands she would get an upset stomach. So glad I have came across this product. We are nearly two months into our switch and have seen benefits.

They are an excellent company, I have two Cavalier King Charles both female one is very good too feed one is difficult , but I would recommend the food for your pooch , and the quality of the company.

Both dogs absolutely love all varieties of pure. They are more lively and their coats are shiny and healthier looking.

Dogs both love their food, and have seen an improvement in both their furs, hoping continued use will see a reduction in skin problems of my older dog, if so hopefully less injections and vets bills!

Loved the idea of the food but unfortunately it wasn't wat l required with some lovely help from on line chat and they sorted my problem so we'll thank you much appreciated ever think c

Don't normally wrote reviews but feel compelled to. First of all my dog loved the food. It's easy to mix to preference, high quality food and she looked and acted great on it. The main thing though is that the customer care/experience was amazing. Our dog sadly passed on last week and we just got food delivered the same day. We emailed to let them know of her passing and didn't even try to refund/return the food as we appreciate that it is specially mixed per dog. They emailed back within 10 mins, with condolences and told us they were refunding the full amount paid (£90) as they could see we had just had a delivery and told us to not worry about returning. Amazing, going that extra mile absolutely recommend.

Herbert loves the food and he has maintained a really good condition since changing to it. His poops are more solid and regular which has been good. He is generally calmer and has started to sleep and settle around people which he has never done (springer spaniel). He has lost a little weight since moving to the prescribed amount and he always seems hungrier than he did on kibble so I do worry I am under feeding him at times.

I feel for £73 there should be enough food to last 1 full month, it’s over the double the price I paid for kibble and yes it’s better quality but prices everywhere are rocketing and dog food is a necessity not a luxury. I also hoped it would help my dogs itchy skin but no change with that, great delivery, easy to prep and store, just borderline too pricey.

Easy and convenient

Buster has been having reflux which was making him sick. It took a very experienced vet to realise what was going on. His treatment is ongoing and very successful. He has discovered a new appetite for Pure which I'd kept aside. He absolutely loves it now. ❤️

My dog loves pure food .At 19 she still has a great appetite and never leaves any in the bowl. Pure food has also meant that our little dog no longer gets reoccurring bouts of really bad colitis

My two dogs love the food, I am so glad I made the switch. Both dogs are calmer and more content with my shepherd showing a lovely shiny coat. The convenience of pouches is amazing, easy to store and dispose of by recycling the empty pouches.I was a bit dubious, as thw food is freeze dried but I will never change now. The best reviewers are the doggos.

Extremely good quality dog food and outstanding customer service. I have seen a remarkable difference in my dogs coat and the consistency of her poo. This is simply excellent quality dog food. I highly recommend giving Pure a go.
