Pure Pet Food

My dog loves the Pure food. The food is easy to prepare and very handy to take when travelling. I like the way the ordering is very flexible and the fact that it has always been easy to contact the company to chat about any changes.

Always find the staff at Pure to be very helpful and and pleasant and always able to answer any queries put to them. Really cannot ask for any more.

Ordered food to try and thought I'd cancelled the service as our dog really didn't like the food. It was too sticky and with less water too dry. She just wouldn't eat it. I didn't get a notification about the delivery until I had an email saying delivery was due the next day. They said I couldn't cancel the order when I called them and I couldn't return the food for a refund despite the food being dry. Would not recommend this brand.

GOOD quality food but a little expensive for me Thank you

We have had Millie on Pure Pet Food since January 2024 when we bumped into them at a Market in Salford. Millie has no teeth so eating their food has been amazing for her. Recently Millie has been diagnosed with Cushing's and the team at Pure Pet Food have been amazing - Jess who we dealt with today went above and beyond. I am not one for leaving reviews usually but I had to after the wonderful experience. Thank you Jess for caring and being so kind today, me & Millie are forever grateful x

Pure has completely changed my teddy's tummy. He's a miniature poodle & has colitis and since starting pure his tummy has been incredible. I highly recommend anyone to try pure especially if you have a dog with a sensitive tummy. I did have an issue with one order & got send a large bag of the wrong food so I contacted pure & they sorted it immediately & were incredibly helpful. Really impressed with their customer service. Teddy is on the sensitive range & I urge anyone to give it a go! It's a little more expensive than other food but it's worth it as it has so many great benefits for your dog! Thanks pure 😊

In short he loves his food now with Pure Chicken. His weight has slowly improved and lost a few pounds without feeling starved. We started giving him doggy vitamins at the same time as he is 12 years old and the combination has given him a new lease on life scampering around like a puppy. So all good.

Pure has saved my dogs life as she had colitis before having this food her poo is now totally normal and what's more from being a fussy eater she looks forward to Pure .My life is so much easier too as I don't have to worry about how different food used to make her ill so I can take her everywhere without the worry of runny poo.Thankyou Pure you are geniuses .

Our dog absolutely loves pure food, and has helped slow her eating down. Pure is great quality, easy to prepare and reasonably priced. You are given clear instructions for preparation and updated regularly on any changes to the amount of food to give.

Honey has always been a fussy eater, and also has digestive issues, upset tummy etc. But since eating Pure those problems seem to have gone, although she has lost a bit of weight she seems better for it and for a 10 1/2 year old she has bags of energy.

My dog loves it. I have been struggling to find a grain free and chicken free dog food, but luckily Pure is flexible with this. We have been using Pure for over 6 months. We ordered the Lamb or Salmon food and the dogs love it. It takes a bit time to get used to the smell as once I add the water the smell hits me, but now I know to keep my breath when I feed him :). I love that it is also nutritional and it has fruit and vegetables as my dog won't eat anything containing vitamins if not Pure.
