No hard sell just friendly and helpful service The food is so easy to store large quantities and takes seconds to rehydrate. I have 5 dogs dif breeds and sizes and to find a food they all love and is good for them is a miracle!! No more poop eating and no more bad wind!

My dog, Harold is extremely fussy. The pure customer service cannot be faulted. They have always responded promptly, and always helped and gave tips on how to get my fussy monkey eating. They have been extremely accommodating when needing extra samples for him to try, to find the correct recipes that he will eat.

Our dog loves his food from Pure. We are happy that his poops have got less frequent and of good consistency. His coat is lovely and glossy. We have a Great Dane so obviously the cost is higher than it would be for the average dog. But we find the service we receive and the quality of the food is well worth the money.

This has made a world of difference to my elderly Romanian rescue dog. His energy, skin, weight, mood have all noticeably improved. He loves the food and is very cheeky when I am a few seconds layer in giving him his meal. Fully recommend this food. The customer service is also brilliant. Pure pet food is the best pet food available. It's healthy for our pets , my little girl used to have a bad stomach every few days but since changing to this company she's had better stools, no more bad tummies, healthier coat plus more. She hasn't been given as much in this hot weather because she isn't eating much but she does love the food especially the lamb. Loves the treats as well.

Since my 12 year old pooch has been on this food,ive done away with her prescriprion allergy tablets, ( 90 for 3 months) and seeing her so much calmer not constantly chewing an licking heself brings me peace too. Well worth giving it a try,she loves the taste too gets v excited at dinner time!! Thank you pure!

My border Terrier is a very fussy eater plus she has a sensitive stomach. We have tried so many different dog foods but all of them set her stomach off or her foot chewing. By chance we found Pure and the results have been incredible! She is 13 and now has the energy of a much younger dog. She no longer suffers with her stomach or chews her feet. These all went away after a couple of weeks on the plan. She loves the food and is a much happier, healthier dog. Can’t thank the team enough 😁

I found the product to be just what my dog needed. It was a problem to start with but following the fussy dog advice he seems to be enjoying it now.

My pup is the problem not the food. After a successful start she will no longer eat the food regardless of how I encourage her. Sorry

My original parcel never arrived even though tracking through the Amazon app said it had. After checking with neighbours it was never found. Pure arranged another pack to be sent immediately which arrived within 2 working days with a preferred courier. My deliveries have been changed to DPD who are one of the best couriers out there (in my honest opinion and previous experiences). Thank you Pure for your excellent customer service even though this wasn’t your fault 👏

Sally is losing weight as hoped, she wags her tail while eating. Her limp is greatly reduced. He smelly farts are also greatly reduced too! Can I say that? She’s on herring, and the salmon as can’t eat chicken. She’s not begging for meals as it’s keeping her fuller for longer. She is a 10 year old Labrador with mild arthritis. Pleased to be feeding her Pure! She looks excited when we prepare it (she thinks she is eating what we eat!) we are going to try the Duck as well.
