Pure Pet Food

My pooch loves this food, he has had all the recipes. He jumps about when he sees me with the bag, it is a bit pricey but worth it, full of goodness for him, his coat is lovely and soft aswell. Easy to store. Had one issue in the past where a bag was split, I contacted them, the same day they responded and next day they sent me a new bag and a little discount on the following month as an apology, excellent customer support.

I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews about this product. I agreed to try a trial box after being persuaded at an exhibition. The food smells absolutely awful — I can't even describe how unpleasant the scent is. My dog completely refused to eat it. Trying to cancel the subscription was an absolute nightmare. The cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated, involving multiple confusing steps. I pressed “cancel” several times and was convinced it had gone through. To my shock, I later discovered £40 had been charged to my card for another month’s box. Customer service is incredibly slow and unhelpful. It took days to get a reply, and when they finally responded, they simply said, “Sorry, nothing we can do – the food will be delivered and is non-refundable.” I was stunned. Please be cautious with this company. There are far better and more trustworthy dog food services out there. I would never recommend this one.

Coco loves this food. His coat is shiny, he has lost weight and is generally so much better in himself.

Easy and simple to order. Easy to prepare and good for storage space. Has helped lots with my dogs allergies and intolerances.

My dog is a really fussy eater , I’ve tried many pet foods before, but this one she really enjoys , her coat looks really good and her poos are a lot better since she has started eating Pure food. It’s easy to store and take away on holidays , easy to mix up . It’s easy to order and change her recipes. One happy dog 🐾

Since ive signed up for pure ive never had an issue deliveries come when they say my dog loves the recipes. Communication is fantastic great price. The app is easy to use.

Pure food is the best decision I've made for my lily in a long time. She loves the flavours she really loves the treats and the probiotic chews which you don't really find a pet food supplier selling for your little friend. Everything is designed for and around your little pal and made with little touches like her name on every bag of food. Pure food always keep in touch just to see how your pal is doi g with their new chosen food if theirs anything more they can do to make things better. The service you get from pure food is seconded to none, and they never disappoint on quality and service. I'd 100% recommend these guys to take care of your dog/dogs.

Pure is the first food I've given my dog where he licks the bowl for ages afterwards, even getting his paw in to try and extract more goodness. Pure is simple to prepare and to store. Service from Pure is first rate, with deliveries easy to adjust and always on time.

The “pure food” my dog eats is good for his stomach and has regulated his bowel movements. Also because it’s a dry product, it’s easy to store and doesn’t go off therefore there’s actually no waste.

We had problems at the start with Evri delivering. With DPD it's a dream, which means Stanley can lick his bowl clean every time. Thank you
