Been great so far
Been great so far, with referrals giving credit for our next order. Our dog is fussy and sometimes still doesn't eat her whole bowl of food, but I feel better giving her variety.
Pure Pet Food is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Excellent customer service, second to none.
Lucy simply loves her food now. The variety of it is ideal for dogs that easily get bored of their food. We change them ...
Good product and they are attentive to the customers requirements - both human and pet.

Good product, good service, reliable and most importantly I have a happy healthy dog.
Delivery not so great. Third time of being delivered to wrong address and package looks thrown as box is damaged.Maybe change couriers.
My dog seems to enjoy so far long, may get a different flavor next time
Ruby is enjoying the food and seems more healthy on it
Excellent customer service. Quick response, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Extremely happy with the food.
Dog loves the food, but it’s now £30 more a month then the guy who signed us up it said it would be. Originally thought it would be less hassle then buying dog food at the shops. Major issue is the delivery. The trail box came fine. Second box came with the box damaged but recipe cards missing. Third box was due to be delivered yesterday but we had a message from the courier’s telling us that the box was damaged so they couldn’t deliver it. Not the most friendly person at Pure chatted to us online ending the conversation early. They did re-deliver but again the box has come damaged. We wouldn’t carry on using Pure as we feel now we can’t rely on the food being delivered without being damaged. However, as our dog is now used to it we feel we have no option but to carry on using them. Packaging certainly needs improving to prevent further damaged boxes occurring. We’re now considering how early we need to order the food to ensure it’s here for when we go on holiday considering how often the box is damaged. It would be much easier to use a widely available food. Foods great, just looses ratings for delivery.
Dog is already on pure but is moving home and owner. The acount setup process is so infexible as to be so frustrating. It's predicated on new account = animal moving to pure and cannot deal with any other real world situations. Such poor planning
Great food that my dog loves, aids her digestion, and her coat is fabulous. Great choice of flavours. Easy to amend delivery
Chip has allergies as a Dalmatian, we tried several brands but his allergy and hives were getting worse, until we discovered Pure! 2 years we've been using Pure abd absolutely no regrets, allergy under control and Chip loves his dinner. We make it with hot water and leave to cool so rice fluffs up.
Communication has been prompt
Started my 8 month old spaniel on Pure transition pack a couple of weeks ago and safe to say she loves it, even howls when she sees me get the bag out of the cupboard. Her scooting has gone completely and her coat is so soft already. I chose Pure after researching a few different companies. The main factors being that you don’t have to fill up your freezer space (and I’d forget to take it out to defrost), the quality of the ingredients, the choice of flavours and the convenience of being delivered to my door. I was expecting her next delivery on Tuesday via Amazon but it never arrived 😢 I contacted customer services that afternoon and they couldn’t have been any better. (The parcel was stuck at Amazons depot) they sent a bag out to tide me over in case it never turned up and gave me a goodwill discount on our next delivery too. If the original package didn’t arrive the next day they would send it out to me again- fantastic. The next day Amazon arrived at 7:30pm with a taped up box that looked like the Amazon depot staff had been using it as a football, items were missing out of the big rips in the box 😢 I contacted pure customer services again this morning (totally not their fault) and they couldn’t be more sorry and immediately changed the courier service for me and dispatched the missing items out of the order straight away. 5* customer service, thankyou so much. Luna gives the food 5* too 🐾🐕🦺🥰
Our cockapoo, Poppet, never had an issue with eating her food, however she was persistently scooting which we knew was a result of food that wasn’t serving her. Since changing to Pure, her number twos have been so much firmer and no more scooting! She scoffs her food and you can tell she is really enjoying it! 10/10 would recommend.
My dog loves Pure Pet Food, the bowl is licked clean every meal. I like the way it is more convenient than frozen raw food and it's easier to keep. I like having the peace of mind that the repeat subscription I have works well and is delivered directly to my home.
Well up to now it’s going well, Day 3 and they are still a little apprehensive but they are eating it and my Dog with colitis is pooing better normal poos so that’s a plus. Time will tell fingers crossed 🤞
I like this food mainly as it’s eco friendly in my eyes as it’s light ( no water) and comes in big bags that last long time , so less transport too. I would like to see the ingredients on the bag though but my dog seems to like it a lot and I enjoy preparing it as it’s super easy!
Dogs love it. Not as expensive as the other brands. Easy to stop and start delivery so don’t get too much. Took a little getting used to but the company give good tricks and tips
Started getting Pure a few months ago after discovering it at an event and signing up to a trial. Our dog loves the food so we have stuck with it. When I have altered deliveries it has all updated without a hitch.
Brilliant service. Brilliant food my dog absolutely loves it. So easy to make and convenient to store in a cupboard or in an air tight container
was going to repurchase until i checked the protein content. it now averages 20-26%. it used to average 41-46% amongst the receipes. what is going on? that is a huge decrease in protein content. its also dodgy they only share half of the ingredients as it begs the question why they are hiding the other half. like they share the supplements, veg, protein, etc but it only equates to less than 50%. is the rest just grains and cereals? sad as i like feeding my dog pure since its low processing and provides him with water etc but need to look at other healthier options that aren't protein deficient my dog has been having health problems it is suggestive that maybe it is due to the lack of protein that i was not aware they massively decreased also don't use the collagen supplement as my dog started having bleeding issues after this. i googled and excessive collagen can cause blood vessels to break. i cant say this is pures fault but more just to be careful of what kind of supplements you are giving your dog and consider whether they really need them. since i stopped giving him the collagen the issue has almost fully disappeared. could be a coicidence but im not going to take any risks and would want other people to know about this.
