Far to expensive and I’m struggling to afford the price increased

I am just absolutely horrified that a food of this poor quality can be put on the market to sell, My dogs were just continually itching and one got that bad that she was scratching down to the skin through a double layer of coat. Thankfully after contacting a vet who is also the Uks top nutritionist I was shocked at the poor quality of this product. Only 38% of the ingredients are listed so I now have to question what was the other 62% of this food made from the protein content is only 28% a dogs protein content should be around 80% so that’s a huge difference and when you also look at potatoes they only irritate the gut, peas in small quantities are fine not 5% of the content of the bag and fed every day. I am literally having to take my dogs on a recovery plan so as I can actually get them well again and no surprises the only thing that I have changed is the food and already they are showing signs of recovery after 2 weeks. Would I ever feed this most expensive toxic junk again absolutely not and any dog show that I see this company at I shall be more than happy to let potential new customers know the most horrendous issues that I have had to endure. Anger 😡 doesn’t even come close to how I am feeling

The food is great. They have changed their courier service and my food hasn't turned up and I'm going away on the weekend. So it will end up on my door and get nicked I know it's pedantic but I always worry when companies change stuff like this and it always because they want to save money and services get worse . They will start cutting corners on food soon. Slippery slope sadly

My young Doberman, who used to be a fussy eater, id loving all your food to s point that we had to bring forward his delivery since he is eating more each day! Keep up your good work developing great food!

This is the only food that we have found that keeps Hamish's diabetes level and had improved his skin and coat. It helps hugely that it is also affordable which is very important to us. Also he loves it so much he can't contain himself and dances on the spot when we make it.

Norman is enjoying his food, I find the customer service is great and they are quick to reply to any questions, I was slightly disappointed that his food arrived 2 days after it was meant to arrive and I wasn’t notified of any delays but hopefully this was a one off

This food is so easy to store, you don't need to put it in the fridge or freezer so no worries about it taking up valuable space. The bag's are resealable, the measuring out is simple and easy to make. Our fussy eater, will only eat them, when in meatballs or you can feed it just mixed together. Gus is really fussy, considering he's a Bernese mountain dog and after trying many different types of food, he's finally settled on this companies products. Switching up recipes is easy to do and when l needed larger size bag's, l just rang them and they were really helpful.

On this occasion the delivery has been incredibly poor. The parcel arrived a day late, which has resulted in us having to buy store food. This sudden change in food type could cause an upset stomach. The pure brand is enjoyed by our dog, but delivery has let them down on this occasion

Being able to change orders, deliveries to how I want on the website is a great option. Delivery is usually quick. My dog loves the food and his digestion is better for it. Find it a bit on the more expensive side but my dog is happy on it so far.

Easy to order, simple to change order. Sunny had been having problems digesting every other pet food we tried but with Pure he has no problems at all.

Easy to use Subscription Service. Our dog is enjoying the food and variety of flavours and have seen health improvements.

My sister got me joined up. Apart from the problems with the password (I suspect it was my sister's fault) it has gone tickety-boo. So far, I am impressed.9impressed.9

I tried Pure Pet Food for my dogs and overall had a very positive experience. The meals were super easy to prepare and my dogs genuinely looked forward to every mealtime — tails wagging as soon as they saw the pouch! I also appreciated how convenient it was to portion and leave the food with kennel staff while we were away, which gave me peace of mind. The ingredients seemed high quality and everything was clearly labelled and easy to follow! I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 only because we had a small hiccup that required a refund — but I’m happy to say customer service handled it well and promptly issued it as promised. I really appreciate that level of service. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a convenient, nutritious meal option for your pets.

We have been using Pure Pet for about 7 to 8 months. Fantastic results with a 10 month old Cockapoo, digestive niggles sorted, occasional fussy I'm not eating that today, great delivery and order system, other than that no complaints bar possible more choice of options.

Cooper had developed allergies,mostly environmental pollens etc but some food,sent pure food copy of findings and had the most fantastic help from Ciara who talked me through everything and was so pleased to find Pure food was perfect for him.
