I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

La experiencia perfecta, Pascal el vendedor de Carza, muy atento, me ha acompañado en mi primera experiencia con un Peugeot 2008 híbrido automático, de momento la experiencia genial.

Todo genial

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT

Rien ne s'est bien passé. Durant 36 mois ils ont été incapables d'enregistrer un RIB réadressé à multiples reprises. Ils adressent des courriers à des personnes no concernées par le contrat. Enfin kes conseillers faute d'être compétents dont très désagréables. À EVITER ABSOLUMENT.

VERGONZOSO

Voy a describir el servicio de PSA Finance como vergonzoso. Todo empezó con engaños. Nos dijeron que entraban 6 neumáticos en el renting y luegon fueron 4. se hacían cargo de rellenar adblue y luego dijeron que sólo era para los coches con boca de llenado en el interior del habitáculo. En la pandemia se quedo una letra sin pagar en plazo y llamaban todas las semana 1 y 2 veces para reclamarla. Se contrataron 100.000 kms y sólo se hicieron 60.000. esa diferencia de kms la saldaron con una devolución de 0,0031 €/km, es decir, 124 € por 40.000 kms. Nos hicieron pagar las dos ruedas traseras porque tenían más desgaste del aceptable. Resumiendo, tenían una fianza de 800€ y tras descontar las 2 ruedas y sumar el deceso de kilimetraje, nos devolvieron 500€

Terrible don’t do it

Conflicting agreements, meant to be PSP but called HP. Referred to many times throughout contract as PSP/HP even car dealer didn’t understand. Also have two different contracts, one for dealer one for owner. Would score-0 if I could

This company did not set a direct debit…

This company did not set a direct debit up which was to start in December 2022. Good job I kept my eyes open. Rang them up several times it's not a free number was on the phone ages. Sorted my payment out. They said I would be blacklisted ? But they would make sure they removed it after six weeks ?? why when it's your fault for not setting up direct debit . It's now January 2023 and you still have not set a direct debit up ? Are you doing this on purpose so you can charge late fees and black list people ???

Awful service

Awful service - do not use this company, does not reward loyalty and does not care for customers. Had a Peugeot partner insured with them for 7 years. First time we have hit financial difficulty due to supporting our own company and insurance cancelled. Spoke to partner for duration of insurance but as soon as cancelled partner cannot request no claims bonus?? Brilliant way to support your customers, this financial climate will see your companies demise due to the way you treat loyal customers, no loyalty will ever be shown to your company… look at the reviews … not the only one am I, I think they make the rules as they go. Needs heavier monitoring.

They committed fraud!!!!! I made an early payment- got the settlement figure, was told an additional payment will be return and when I chased they changed their narrative. Poor company, never use. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

AVOID IF YOU ARE SENSIBLE

We won’t be using these again. We leased a company car through them for 4 years. Never missed a payment it was absolutely mint condition handing it back to them. We spent £270 On a professional valet even though we had never eaten, drank Or had pets , We are a non smoking/vaping family too. It had been recently MOT’d and passed. Serviced 2 times. The inspectors came and were very abrupt and ages taking photos. The car then had to wait a further 2 weeks to be collected! Because of a covid back log!! It was immaculate. Then the final bill came!!!!! We thought if anything maybe £100 for little bits ?? Over £900!!!!!! They had penalised us for 4 new tyres???!!! A paint job that was carried out by a reputable lifetime guarantee garage (after A non fault of ours accident) and other bits. We strongly contested it and the garage where repair was done Got involved and helped us too. How did you drive car off of tyres were illegal!? Etc. We finally got bill down to £600 and had to pay as they threatened debt collectors!!!!!! We were totally amazed that they can operate like charlatans. They even said we weren’t allowed to pay on a credit card!! Well we said it’s that or nothing. Just to close the case. Then they had the cheek to ask when we called to pay”can we afford payment” I said “not really but you’ve threatened us with bailiffs!” The girl was so young - she said “oh ok”, this company should be investigated as my husband and I are up to date with all Our bills etc and this was just unacceptable. We handed the car back almost like new. If there was zero I would give that.

Awful

Awful. Just awful. The website is Jurassic. You can’t change ANY direct debit details online, it HAS to be done by post. You can’t change the date your payment comes out. The customer service team are useless and don’t care to help you at all. If you don’t pay to the minute you get completely hounded - texts, calls, emails, letters (even after payment has been made!) Borderline harassment. Unfortunately I still have another 2 years of paying off my car and reading these reviews I’m dreading what will happen at the end of the lease!
