I have been using PSA Financial Services Limited for two years now following a recommendation to seek advice on ameliorating all of my work pensions. Raividas Jay has met with me to undertake a review of my pension plans and the trends for each year as my financial circumstances might change occasionally. The meetings are informal and are geared towards securing the best outcome for me rather than anyone else so is truly independent of other interests which is great. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the support their staff provide.

Plus que lamentable refus de stellantis de modifier une date de prélèvement pour le crédit voiture prélever le 31 le salaire est virer le 2 ou 3 donc découvert tout les mois 👎 malgré 3 appels et un courrier rien à faire je suspend le prélèvement et saisie le médiateur ce jour

La experiencia perfecta, Pascal el vendedor de Carza, muy atento, me ha acompañado en mi primera experiencia con un Peugeot 2008 híbrido automático, de momento la experiencia genial.

Todo genial

Lo mejor la atención de Jordi del concesionario Opel de Mataró. Sus explicaciones y seguimiento correctísimo. Acabo de comprar el coche así que espero todo siga bien.

Compra de un eC4 que es una “pasada”.

Fuimos a preguntar y salimos con coche eléctrico. El vendedor (David) nos dió todo tipo de facilidades y no nos pudimos resistir. Así que ahora disfrutamos de un eC4 eléctrico que ni siquiera imaginamos que tendríamos. Gracias por tu atención, David. Carmen Balada.

communication client lamentable

Créditpar a une communication client qui est plus que lamentable, ils ne répondez jamais au téléphone, ils n'ont pas de mails pour que l'on puisse communiquer, leur assistant virtuel est aussi idiot et inutile que tous les assistants virtuel et ils disent qu'un conseiller peut tchater à la place de l'assistant virtuel mais ce n'est jamais le cas!!! Vivement que je rende mon véhicule et que je les quittent pour ne plus jamais avoir affaire à eux et je ne conseil à aucun de mes amis de passer par eux, je n'est pas envie de me fâcher avec eux !!!

LOA chez credipar.

LOA chez credipar. 1ere échéance prélevée 2 fois sur le 1 er mois sans aucun préavis. Je bloque le mandat normal. Puis paiements réguliers par CB depuis 3 ans et j'ai demandé à changer la date de prélèvement car sur le compte cest impossible, on me dit que c'est fait et on me harcelle par textos par mails par téléphone 3 à 4 fois par jour ....jamais le même N0 c'est une honte à fuir absolument C.Cordier

El servicio con stellantis y con la Opel en general es pésimo. He liquidado mi contrato con ellos pagando el total del coche y me deben un dinero por unos seguros que yo tenía contratados, llevo esperando ese dinero 2 meses y cada vez que llamo me dicen que tendré el dinero en mi cuenta en 1 semana más tardar. Nunca he visto que una tranferencia bancaria tarde tanto. Son unos landrones, en mi vida volveré a comprar nada con ellos

Awful company

Awful company. Will never use them again. Sold my car to a third party trader which meant PSA were given more money than the final settlement figure by the date paid. Called and enquired when I would be refunded the extra money paid. Was told initially that it would be refunded. They had also taken an instalment from my account after the settlement figure was paid. So they owed me more money. It took fifty minutes for them to sort it out, I kept being put on hold for ages only to be told by a very incompetent customer service rep that I would be payed the monthly instalment back within seven to ten days. When asked about the refund for the overpayment from the third trader they said I wouldn't be receiving that because the 'Robot' in the system has closed my account down. I asked to speak to a supervisor and tried to get him to admit they had defrauded me. He said the words 'admin error' and 'accident' but in no way would admit that they weren't going to pay me back the overpaid monies from the third trader settlement. They owe me £408.08 and had said they will only pay £255.98 of it. I can basically sing dixie for the rest of it. Shysters, fraudsters and charlatans! USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Les paiements échelonnées auraient dû être termines depuis 2 mois mais ils continuent de prélever les 92,67€/mois. Ils sont injoignables quand on appelle, ou raccroche au nez à des qu’on commence à expliquer le problème. Faites un crédit à votre banque plutôt que passer par eux,
