If I could give them zero stars it would be too kind. The most incompetent estate agents that I’ve ever dealt with. They let people in your rented house without notice, they never fix items around the house. They hound you when you’ve given notice to move out. They don’t respond to complaints. They are useless and they try and keep all your deposit!! Stay away from them!!

Prospect are great! They have been our agents for the last 8 years and throughout the years everyone was very supportive! I would like to especially say thank you to Vickie Cripps from the Reading office who is brilliant! She is always willing to help and is very quick in resolving any issue! She is one of the best agents we had. Thank you Prospect, it was a pleasure!

Beth had made the buying process seamless and stress free. Even though we had the worst solicitors she kept them on their feet!

Our move (over the last 10 months!) has been littered with issues from the start with a couple of fall throughs. Other Agents and solicitors throughout the chain failing to communicate and often everyone being left in the dark. As we were moving to a new build 200 miles away it has been a very stressful time. Having an Agent that was contactable and reliable was a huge benefit. Mark Horn at Warfield pulled out all the stops to make our move happen. He resold our house within 48 hours of the original sale falling through! Should have used Prospect Warfield from the start.

From tailoring the viewings for us and finding a secure buyer everything was done smoothly with impeccable communication. Post move encountered an issue with the moving company leaving a fitting behind, once again Beth was helpful in organising communication with the new buyers for retrieval. I had a somewhat epic chain with my sale and purchase and everything was going along as expected until it wasn’t! Beth came into her own at this point and grabbed it with both hands. She absolutely stepped up and went above and beyond in terms of chasing, calling, emailing. She did way more that the other agents involved in the chain and I’m now comfortably settling in my new house!
