So far so good, continously monitoring of blood O2 works and output is graphically held within the app. Shame spot meaurements are not logged. Overall does what is says and seems to be accurate.

Product ordered on 15th December. Delivery charge was £9.60. It’s now 21st December and I have yet to receive my order. Disgraceful service at enormous cost.

EXCELLENT Company, so helpful, polite & friendly Customer Sales people. This was my first experience with them, but I will be a life long customer & recommend them to family & friends. The information that is provided their online site is second to none & enables the customer to make an informed decision about what they need to buy. Also you get that informative information from their staff too as I did. I’m extremely grateful & appreciative to the person who handled my order for me, kudos to her for representing the company so well. Last but not least the products that they sell are of an exceptional quality therefore you know you can’t go wrong.

I am frequently in contact requesting documentation for the products my company purchases, Declarations of Conformity, CE Certifications etc. My experience has always been fantastic. I do not have to chase, as I trust if for any reason it cant be provided instantly, it will be sent in a timely manner, which it is. A special thank you to Carol Park, who I have dealt with for the requests mentioned and also when I have been in a purchasing position previously, she has been great with communication on lead times, delivery dates etc. Even going the extra mile to follow up emails with a phone call. If all suppliers were like this, I would be one happy lady!
