Great service and communication!
I am frequently in contact requesting documentation for the products my company purchases, Declarations of Conformity, CE Certifications etc. My experience has always been fantastic. I do not have to chase, as I trust if for any reason it cant be provided instantly, it will be sent in a timely manner, which it is. A special thank you to Carol Park, who I have dealt with for the requests mentioned and also when I have been in a purchasing position previously, she has been great with communication on lead times, delivery dates etc. Even going the extra mile to follow up emails with a phone call. If all suppliers were like this, I would be one happy lady!
