Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.
Everything as advertised is provided. A good service with on hand advice readily available.

Entered into a annual subscription which I had no idea about , took the money 1 year later again and I contacted my back for chargeback, now pia contested it and have to pay them back. Beware they are giving you a subscription and keep your card details!!!!

I have a premium motherboard (even two, my wife has the same), which allows you to set up Internet connections in parallel from two cables and one Wi-Fi signal. For a long time I could not understand what was wrong with this VPN, why it worked so poorly, in a word, I was very disappointed. but as it turned out, everything is much simpler - you are setting up only one network channel. that is, if I turn off everything and leave one (for example, 1 Ethernet cable), then the interrupt function (connection break) will also work so that the data does not leak. and everything I want. and the system completely goes under the VPN, in general, for a long time I used crutches - the Divided Tunnel. I added applications, addresses, etc., this didn’t suit me, of course, now I’ve found a problem and I can solve it by disabling other connection options. but... it turns out that I am not fully realizing the capabilities of my motherboard, for which I paid a decent amount. I would like you to hear me and take into account the fact that I (and others) have expanded connectivity options, thanks to all sorts of innovative technologies. in the future it will be everywhere I think. I also wanted to connect another provider and another router in the near future, because my hardware allows me to do this, although again the VPN capabilities seem to limit me. I will be glad if you consider something. please add/update or contact me individually to correct this issue. VPN is great for most - I'm glad I chose you. but I will reduce the rating by one star until this issue is resolved. thank you for your understanding

PIA software had issue on my computer so I stopped using it however out of the blue I received recurring payment at a silly price with no clear way to cancel. Seems like the company makes its money getting people through the door with decent deals then overcharges customers with overprice recurring subscription which to be honist i doubt i ever intentionaly subscribed to. If you have PIA i recommend you try and figure out how to cancel your subscription and pretty quickly you will get the grift.

Been with PIA for 5+ years now and never plan on switching. In fact, just purchased their 5 year special last holiday season. Great UI, great service, many features. It's the perfect VPN and I'm surprised it's not more well known

Purchased in 2022 with the caveat that Web Shield would be out soon. Still waiting & it is Sep 2023. Also, PIA does not work well on my iPhone or on my tablet. Sometimes it does & sometimes it does not. Traveling a lot so cannot tolerate a product that is not dependable & does not deliver the promised functionality. PIA refused to refund me for the rest of the contract, even though the rep could not resolve the performance issues. The rep even told me that Web Shield was available but after checking he discovered he was wrong. Asked him to consult his supervisor about the refund for the unused contract period but told there would be no refund & I do not think he consulted his supervisor. Disappointed with customer service.
