Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

Will always recommend as a VPN
PIA has been amazing for me. Really easy to use, extremely affordable, and at least for me, never had any issues with it including any slow downs in terms of connectivity (outside of what would be expected when picking an area that's further away). They've been great and the one time I couldn't access my account, customer service was extremely helpful and quickly solved the issue. I always recommend them to any person I know that is looking for a VPN or anyone that never heard of one.
