Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

At 3 am my computer started acting…
At 3 am my computer started acting up??? I could not get PIA to connect, went on to their chat room and was up and running again in 10 minutes ..superb service at 3 am. ...p.s. no idea what my PIA order no is p.s. first minor problem in 3 years of use.

Put off getting a VPN for Years
Put off getting a VPN for years as heard they slow down your internet. Not anymore that you would notice with PIA. If your provider is messing with your streaming, an easy fix. I believe PIA has more servers than anyone. We have a IT Tech in the family that has trusted PIA for years. Easy to use, secure, inexpensive.

Kudos to customer service agent Raluca!
Spoke to PIA customer service as was unable to download the mobile app in my country despite already having a PC account. The agent I talked to, Raluca, was extremely helpful and fast at replying - they sent me a new link to download the app from which worked perfectly. Very happy with the level of service, and I've had a good experience overall.
