Top notch VPN service. I simply love it
Wow, I recently switched to PIA from another well known VPN provider and I am just amazed. The Linux app works great, the overall network responsiveness is fantastic, and for those of us who still like torrenting, the port-forwarding feature is a dream come true. Keep going PIA

Bad customer service
I have been with Private Internet Access for at least 10 years. I realized for the last 4 years I have been paying twice for private internet access because google play was charging me for it as well. I tried to get a refund on just the single duplicate that was done this year and I have been fighting with support for over a week to get them to refund the second transaction.

One of the most underrated VPNs out there, PIA ticks all the boxes and one that very few do, including all the "big boys" like Nord, Surfshark etc. - the ability to open an incoming port. Admittedly, not a big deal for most folks, but if you need it, here it is. Lots of locations, fast connect & download, stable & reliable.. What is there not to like..
