PIA VPN allows you to choose between 2 of the best protocols (OpenVPN and Wireguard) I can also have a split tunnel for some apps (both on Windows and smartphone) And automation controls

PIA has been a trustworthy protector
PIA has been a solid, stable, reliable, and trustworthy VPN service for me the past 8 years. The company has had some restuructering, having merged in 2019 with Kape Technologies, us end users, were a little worried about the strict No Logging Policies, and other personal security factors we had relied on. We had nothing to worry about, as PIA held the same security, reliability, and trustworthiness that we had grown to have faith in. PIA continues to be at the very top of VPN service around the globe. I am just a paying customer with no kickbacks or compensation for this review. I write this because the appreciation i have for the years of service i've had under the umbrella of this trustworthy service and look forward to its ongoing dedication to protecting us users. So close yet so far
I had high hopes for this program. Through the chat support system, I felt comfortable that this program was the one for me after using previous VPN's with no success. I am a Canadian and was looking to watch/listen to Canadian content. Sadly, after I purchased the program and spent roughly 1 hour on the chat support system trying to rectify the inability to watch Canadian content to no avail. Every possible option was tried. The agents I dealt with were polite and friendly. Things to improve on: -Ability to watch content from your home country when "not in the country" -Be clearer that there is the possibility that you cannot watch content from your home country. -Continually improve User Interface. Things I enjoyed: -Ease of setup -Variety of servers -numerous platforms and extensions to choose from.
