It simply works. Beautiful interface
Never had a problem using it. To be fair, I only use it to bypass ISP snooping and organizational site restrictions. I haven't tried any fancy features like kill switch. All I've done is choose a server and click connect. The interface is beautiful btw

No problems, as I said before Trustpilot sent me on a wild goose chase to submit this review. I got a code in my email sent by Trustpilot, but could not get back to my review to enter it. So, yes, Trustpilot, and the horse you rode in on.

PIA fraudulent company
Be very careful giving money to this company. First they charged me in Canada for a service that does not work in Canada. That was not evident at all on their website. Now I'm out $ 80.08 and their phone number is out of service and they responded once to my e mail. They sent me an e mail with a link that doesn't work. This is FRAUD. Also if you google them you can see I'm not the only one unable to contact them. I am adding that this company did contact me by e mail after they saw review and expect me to send them all the info I have already sent. I responded but I doubt I will ever see my money. Another update...I have now been asked in 4 more e mails to send information about my purchase. Total e mails I have sent are 11 @ this point. They keep screwing me around with theses requests and then they have another one. I have given everything I can and now they want a screenshot of the purchase. So they are definitely not serious in refunding me. I cannot state enough not to use this company. I am not fighting it anymore. They can keep it, it's just too exhausting trying to get them to the the right thing. Just excuses over and over.

More than 5 years without issues
I've been using PIA for more than 5 years and tt has been incredibly reliable. I use it on my PCs and phones and the speeds are almost as not having a VPN.

After my 6th year of using PIA VPN....
After my 6th year of using PIA VPN, I have watched this company grow into a VPN powerhouse. PIA has servers virtually everywhere there is a need for one. PIA also updates their apps regularly. I also have watched as this company had kept their word concerning their customers privacy, while refusing to release any logs when it was demanded of them to do so, and they didn't back down. Great company, Great prices.

Been using this for years across the globe. Works great. Nice that you can choose your server and that server speeds are shown. Not sure how about these days, but at least in 2012 it could even scale the Great Firewall.
