Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.
Everything as advertised is provided. A good service with on hand advice readily available.
GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT !!!!

it hides who I am extremely well, it makes it harder for hackers & scammers to get to me, I just love it
A great experience in a well trained employees. A very satisfying one. Higly recommended to all.

Signed up for P.I.A to view TV while abroad, tried the service before I left. Logged in to their server was unable to view, got message that I was not in the UK even though I had not left the country yet ( still in the UK!). I cancelled within 30 days expecting to get my money back. Got message saying sorry I was leaving them but no refund. Left messages on their "support" but no refund. Very poor service.
Not so good app. I had high hope after reading the reviews. it was easy on pocket. but the performance is not so good. Previously used Express VPN for last three years, had no issues. This one has frequent disconnections and connecting to home country is very bad.
Most of the time it just cuts off my internet. On occasions it doesn't it practically puts it into a grind, with a tenth of the speed I'm getting without this vpn. Absolute waste of my money. EDIT: After getting help from PIA the program works better. I still think that it should just take care of itself without a non-technical person having to fiddle with settings, ports and what-nots, but I admit the case is not necessarily hopeless.
