Beware of auto renewal
Pia came to renewal i paid it in full then they sent a link a few wèeks later when id already started the subscription saying my renewal was due so tried charging twice so they cancelled the auto renewal but also cancelled my subscription and kept my money buyer beware

Update to my prior reviews on various Web sites. I have used PIA VPN for several years on all of my MS Windows and Apple iOS devices. It is a reasonably priced, effective VPN, which does not overload your system, or harass you to buy more services. My recent poor review was for my attempt to install it on my new HP Chromebook - which I had difficulty installing, because I assumed I needed the Linux version, since the Chromebook is a Linux based OS. It appeared to require Linux programming to install. PIA sent me the Android app link, which was easy to install via a GUI interface. With the correct settings in the app it functions well on the Chromebook without additional charge to my package price from PIA. I would have given it 5 stars - IF - PIA had provided prominent & clear guidance on their web site to installing its VPN on Chromebook via the Android app avoiding the time I spent trying to install the Linux app on it.

Cela fait au moins 10 ans que je l'utilise et je peux garantir que c'est un super-vpn!! Leger pour le système, très rapide au point qu'on se rend à peine compte que tout est crypté! Cerise sur le gateau, le support client est réactif et compétent mais mis-à-part mes erreurs de configuration au tout début de mon abonnement,erreurs pour lesquelles le support m'a aidé efficacement, je n'ai plus jamais eu besoin de les contacter car je n'ai plus jamais eu le moindre problème!! PIA cumule tous les avantages que l'on peut esperer d'un vpn, tarifs très intéressants, facilité d'installation, simplicité d'utilisation, efficacité, rapidité etc etc...
