Product is highly recommended for use in China. I used it (in China for 20 days) and it never worked for more than 30-60 seconds at a time. I tried all of the different settings, nothing worked consistently. My wife has a PHD in computer science and cyber security, she was unable to get it to work as well. They don't offer refunds past 30 days.....TOTAL waste.

Private Internet Access is a top-shelf VPN offering. I trust PIA plain and simple. I have dealt with this company for many years and never had a problem that was determined to be PIA's product. Customer service always there and very helpful. You cannot go wrong with Private Internet Access.

I originally purchased a 3 year…
I originally purchased a 3 year subscription that I hardly used (unfortunately it didn't work as well for me as NORD.) I completely forgot that it was set to autorenewal until I received a notification that payment had been taken. Got in contact with customer service and they were great. It was very quick and easy. They were able to cancel my subscription and refund me immediately. Much Thanks
