I originally purchased a 3 year subscription that I hardly used (unfortunately it didn't work as well for me as NORD.) I completely forgot that it was set to autorenewal until I received a notification that payment had been taken. Got in contact with customer service and they were great. It was very quick and easy. They were able to cancel my subscription and refund me immediately. Much Thanks
