Contacted prime about an issue with our communal bin store. The council had left a lot of rubbish (after not emptying the bins for several weeks) and they also ripped 2 of the doors off the bin store. Spoke with Fergus Dalton from the Herts branch and this matter was rectified the same day. Fergus was very friendly, professional and efficient at resolving the issue.

I have sent an email on Sept 14 confirming that i have paid the yearly maintenance fees. I received a reply on Sept 15th from Ms. Kutenda Bere confirming that payment has been made. Working in the Travel business I find this very efficient to reply soonest to your clients.
