Prime Property Management
I called Prime Property Management and dealt with Anita Sloan. As it transpired I had completed muddled up two issues, Anita quickly worked that out and dealt with one there and then and emailed her colleague regarding the other. The truth is by the time we call up these companies most of the time we are irritated/frustrated or plain annoyed but Anita was very professional, knowledgeable and cheerful and what really came across was her a willingness to help. Don't get too many people of this quality nowadays in these roles, her company are lucky to have her.

Hannah Gray has been excellent
Hannah Gray has been excellent, very supportive and has helped throughout - we are still requesting a second recycling bin but the council have been difficult getting back to her. Her communication has been great and hopefully we will be able to solve the issue soon.

Lock fixed straight away
James Bateman from Prime reacted immediately to our urgent request to have the lock on our block's bike area repaired. It was fixed the same day. He has sorted out several issues straight away and been their best employee yet in my opinion.
