The Metropolitan Police got the wrong…

The Metropolitan Police got the wrong address and broke into my flat wrongly through the door which had a huge hole in it. Within minutes Laura at Prime offered to manage my compensation claim. I am 84,a widower, living on my own and I do not live regularly at the London flat. That offer was a godsend and she carried the matter through to a successful conclusion very professionally and efficiently. I am deeply grateful to her.

Happy to work with James and Prime Property Management

We are very happy with the service provided by Prime Property Management to date. We have changed Property Manager over the last year which was a worry to us but James has proven a great change - very personable, proactive and collaborative.

Renters being considered & cared for.

So far so good as we are new to PPM but feel in good hands with Abigail as her replies have been swift & efficient. This is especially re-assuring when you rent as we've rented 14 years where we are it is part of us & some businesses can make you feel like 'Renters' don't matter but I do not feel this way being kept in the loop by them & considered thoughtfully :-)

Our estate has just sacked Prime

Our estate has just sacked Prime, thousands of pounds are unaccounted for, and the financial records provided by Prime were in a state of disorder. They let the gardens go to ruin and only did the minimum to get by under their contract. Good riddance

Naomi Barton’s fantastic!

Prime Property Management have done a great job of looking after Sandling Park for the last few years. The previous Property Management company (Nationspaces Developments Ltd) were absolutely awful, so it's nice to be with a Management company that actually care, and one that keeps you well informed and updated at all times. I contacted Naomi about an issue that needed addressing, and she was quick to get back to me. Most importantly, the issue was resolved with very quickly and to a high standard - most impressive. Thanks Naomi.
