Never an easy time when moving property and managing the demands that come each week throughout the process. However, Prime PM delivered to their agreed timelines and were supportive throughout - in particular, Georgia Nottage who was very professional, responsive and very diligent with her work.

Greedy, money filching company. I was welcomed to my new flat by a Β£100 late payment fee as they "weren't told of the change of ownership within 14 days". All service charge payments were up to date and paid on time, nobody lost any money or was inconvenienced, the charge in no way represented an estimate of their loss. Entirely arbitrary and wholly unjustified. I will vote to sack them at the next AGM

I recently had to deal with Prime property Management company on behalf of my brother. The assistance I received from Kutenda Bere has been great - efficient and helpful. Overall customer service was very professional.

I was having trouble getting hold of a parking permit with a third party company, I asked Prime to step in to see if they could help and Emily was excellent in chasing, following up and keeping me in the loop, which eventually led to a successful outcome.
