PPM are like a breath of fresh air after dealings with previous Managing Agents. Would like to give a shout out to James Bateman, who has recently taken over the managing of our block. My flat was badly water damaged from another flat and James arranged everything with the Insurers & Decorators, finding alternative accommodation which met my medical needs & kept in constant contact for the whole month I was away. I found James B to be a very polite young man with a calm & reassuring manner who enabled this nervous old lady to go through such an ordeal.

Excellent service from Anita Sloan Administrator. I purchased my apartment in June 2022 but was having difficulty as I was not receiving correspondence. Anita discovered the issue and resolved the problem. She was very approachable and helpful. It was very much appreciated.

I have been using Prime for a few years now on a couple of properties. It's a fact that, like used car salesmen, property management companies don't always enjoy a good reputation. And like used car salesman that's sometimes for a good reason. I have dealt with a number of management companies over the past ten years and my overall opinion is poor. But again, like used car salesmen there are some good ones out there who appear to care about what they do, and this is the category I put Prime into. Perhaps I'm being effusive as, having dealt with so many other companies, I can see how Prime is different. Recent support from Tierney Elkins has been exemplary and there's an enthusiasm to the service that I simply don't get elsewhere. Update Nov 2023 - I thought it worth placing an update, just in case anyone was wondering whether the service had slipped since the first review. I'm pleased to report that this hasn't been the case: Tierney continues to be responsive and proactive, ensuring management of the development runs smoothly.

We have transitioned to PPM in May 2022 and they have been very helpful and attentive to important matters since then, initially with Stephen W. and Victoria J. leading the way and covering for an unexpected leave in the team with minimal/no disruption to the management of the building. Tierney E. and Kutenda B. have been recently appointed to the management of block and financials and able to quickly adjust to our ways of working as well as working close to Directors to make sure priorities/requirements are handled adequately. I called prime today as I was not getting anywhere with my landlord. Michelle Yates was able to advise me next steps and who the best people were to contact. This was very refreshing as other companies would just dismiss you, good on Prime for providing Excellent customer service.
