When I contacted Prime over an issue in our block, I was impressed by Anita Sloan's approach. She dealt with the matter efficiently, arranging for a contractor to visit and ringing back twice to update me. In fact she did exactly what she said she would do. Anita was also able to resolve another matter by emailing the relevant department. Her approach overall was courteous and effective. In fact nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to deal with!

We have been with Prime for just over a year now and have had a great experience with both property managers. Over the last few weeks James has really pulled out the stops on some of the long standing issues we've had on site that no previous property manager has been able to resolve. James has managed to resolve an issue that's been on-going for 20 years in just the space of a couple of months in a professional manner! We're confident that he will continue to look out for our site in the same manner going forward. Keep up the good work James.

A contractor visited my property in Abbey Wood to fix my kitchen hood. He needed to park his vehicle inside the gate. I sent an email requesting the management to inform UKCPM by passing the contractor's vehicle details. But, unfortunately, penalty was sent to the address of the contractor. Emily and Anita were very helpful and the penalty charge was removed.

We are using Prime as maintenance company for our block of flats. Lately we had several issues with the gates to the property and electric cables. After contacting Miss Yash Kulasagram, who is looking after our block, these problems were speedily fixed. We find Yash very approachable, always helpful and very competent.
