I had a problem with losing my communal front door key and spoke to Michelle Yates at PM. Michelle helped me order a new key and ensured it was posted out ASAP. I received the key the next day. Lee helped me so much with my property

Lee helped me so much with my property, the electric went off and I have a infant at home she walked me through a couple steps to see if there was anything on my end that I could fix. However, there wasn’t as a first time mum and a first time renter I didn’t really understand the procedures you have to take. Eventually, EDF came and she was on the other end of the phone making sure that it was done correctly.
