I've had mixed experiences with prime in general, and would need to write a separate review for those occasions. However on this occasion, during a intermittent leak coming through my ceiling, Hannah has been excellent and i can't fault her. Full credit to her she's been both empathetic and efficient. 5 stars!

I have been directly speaking with Kwame Siaw. He has gone above and beyond with his duties to support a number of issues for both the building, the tenants of that building and myself. I had been trying without any success to secure a refund from our previous electricity supplier who repeatedly failed to provide a solution to the simple issue of a different account name to the one on their system. Anita Sloan picked up some emails between me and Prime and quickly took on the challenge herself. Her persistence and communication are an example to the unnamed electricity supplier of what great customer service should be!
