Had an ongoing problem with a parking space, going backwards and forwards until I spoke to Emily Forbes. She identified the problem and the whole issue was sorted out in no time! Very efficient and helpful, thank you Emily.

I contacted Emily Forbes regarding replacement of the property main door key. I had very fast and efficient response. I am very satisfied and pleased with her kind, professional approach. The property I live consist of many flats, and has complex coordination among owners, tenants, landlords and managing directors. Despite this, Emily Forbes did managed the coordination of interpersonal interactions and the actual problem solving within 2 days. Thank you Emily!

I contacted Prime PM today regarding payment of service charge and spoke to Anita Sloan in the Admin Team. I also wanted an update on repairs where there was water damage to the property. On both matters she was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and sorted my queries herself. She was able to provide me with the information I needed and passed an email to the Credit Control Team. Her customer service was ecellent.

Michelle Yates of Prime Property Management provides professional customer service. She is very helpful, friendly and fast reply. She helped me to resolve a car park permit issue with the Car Park Management Co in less than 3 hours (which took me a month but unable to resolve).

The first time I spoke to Prime Property Management was several months ago, when I had quite a lot of questions collected and didn't know who to ask. I saw the contact details on a corridor wall and finally decided to reach out, and I am very glad I did. I was very fortunate to have connected with Emily Forbes, who has been incredibly helpful with every question I had, including contact details for past decorators, specific locations onsite and garage key replacements, to name a few. Her friendly approach resulted in a great customer experience, and I wonder why I did not reach out sooner. I am glad to know I am well supported if I require any additional help in the future too.

James Bateman is responsive, knowledgeable, and timely. He maintains a good balance of care for our building on behalf to the co-freeholders and the needs of the individual leaseholders. He is readily able to appoint contractors and tradesmen for necessary works.
