Prime Property Management review
We have recently switched property management for our block of flats to Prime PM. Prime managed the handover very professionally and are providing a great service. Highlights would be how Prime are responsive to questions/requests, provide regular communications & updates, and proactively manage the maintenance of the property. A special mention to Grace, Emily, and Leigh who have made significant efforts build a good relationship with the property directors.

Edit - Scafdalding is up and pigeon net has been installed. Thank you. ________________________________ I have been reporting pigeon waste infestation for the past few YEARS only to be fobbed off each and every time. They should be taken to court and fined for negligence. Wish I could post pictures here for others to see.

My property in London is managed through Prime Property Management and I deal mostly with James Bateman. I find him very easy to deal with and any issues, small or large, are dealt with satisfactorily. A recent issue with window cleaning has had a particularly successful outcome.
