After a change around with a new PM due to staff changes, I did not feel very confident as I was not getting any answer to my questions via email. I called the office and was greeted by Michelle who made me feel a lot more secure about the changes. She was able to provide me with updates on outstanding issues so I know my property was not forgot about after a torrential leak. Thanks to Michelle.

We have been with PPM Ltd for 3 years now and they have provided us with an excellent professional service. They have recently steered us through a major project, the replacement of our flat roof. There is a good team at the Bromley Office. Our property manager Sarah-Jane Cope is responsive and helpful; as a director, I have a good business relationship and rapport with her.
