I greatly appreciated the prompt, courteous and efficient service given by Sarah Cope in handling the repairβs following water damage to our flat in Battersea. Sarah took over from Charley and was quick in replying to all queries. Hannah is our main contact with Prime I have been dealing with her for about 12 months, being a director of Hampton Grange with 54 properties has its problems, but Hannah makes life much easier, always deals with emails not only with as but with residents quickly, has a good relationship with contractors and always attends meetings , itβs a pleasure to work with her John Streetley

Hannah at Prime stepped into the role as our lead Account Manager a year or so ago. We, as a group of directors and residents at Hampton Grange can be quite demanding. Hannah has been great, never an email unanswered, a call not returned or a meeting where she not been present. Wouldn't want, and also speak my fellow directors anyone else managing our wonderful estate. Well done Hannah.

Hannah Gray has been our Property Manager for several years.I consider that there has been a progressive improvement in service over this period and recently 2 good examples. Identification of a highly competent Fire Risk Assessment officer and both Prime and our company have implemented " added value" findings, in our Fire Procedures,including making data available , upon arrival of the fire brigade. Prime have appreciated their role as " Responsible Person".Also, Hannah has just identified an "added value" and keen quotation from an Essex contractor ( we are in S London) for work on our flat roof and also demonstrated awareness for ensuring the complete specification and scope of work, are priced. We wish Hannah every success in her future career with Prime.
