Truly awful company..

Truly awful company... they don't respond to any issues in a timely manner refuse to take calls and don't allocate funds correctly- would avoid using them for anything.

Problems with web access with Prime Property.

Dealing with Prime Property and Emily Forbes has been nothing but excellent. First, she answered the phone politely then listened to my problems relating to getting into the web site and the issue with incorrect payments. Not only did she solve this she explained in full how and why, verbally and written. It was just brilliant and clear. I hope the company look after her well. They should.

I have only recently started working…

I have only recently started working more closely with Prime and Hannah in particular after joining the RTM. Hannah has responded promptly when I get in touch and has been open to listen to and discuss any concerns. She seems knowledgeable about her role and has given advice and guidance on a number of topics to support our decision making.
