Had to speak to Prime the day after the easter holidays as the buyers of my property were worried about the service charge. Emily answered the call and was so helpful, speaking to the service charge department to see if they could write an email to set my buyers mind at rest. That email came through quickly from Helena and meant that the sale of my property was saved! Excellent service from Emily and Helena, huge thanks to you both!

Hannah took over managing our block just over a year ago from our previous property manager and I have to say Hannah has been a delight to work with. Hannah is very present in terms of managing our block and never leaves an email or call unanswered.

Had an excellent experience with Prime Property since they took over the management of our property. I recently dealt with Emily Forbes. She responded to my email within 30 minutes and directed the enquiry to the correct team, who also dealt with the enquiry on the same day. Emily then followed up to ensure it had been dealt with. Great customer service is so rare. Really appreciate it.
