We have been taken over by Prime after we had the unfortunate luck of dealing with FP. Being able to speak to a real human makes all the difference anyway but speaking to someone ever so friendly and helpful makes all the worry disappear. Michelle is excellent and so is our Property manager Hannah. We are so happy!

Hannah has been a pleasure to liaise with. She is responsive in a timely manner, communicative and actually did what she said she was going to do. While it wasn’t in my hands to deal with the matter, I was able to trust Hannah to deal with the issue on my behalf.

Would just like to comment from a working director of Crown Court and a resident/customer point of view - Prime seemed to be going downhill a bit then you changed our property manager to Bonnie Johnson which resulted in a much improved service. You ask for something and actually get a reply which is actioned or explained she’s friendly but calm & professional - I’m also in the process of moving home at the moment and Bonnie has assisted with this Even outside of her own job description, making the sale go much smoother - a great asset to your team and really nice human

Leigh Parker had the arduous task of handling a complicated and long-winded subsidence claim on our building. She has been a brilliant property manager throughout: super responsive, communicative, reliable and proactive. After this, there were major works to be completed where she took the lead and again handled with authority and professionalism.

We have been embroiled in a complicated 4 year wrangle with our insurance company regarding an subsidence claim, and simultaneously undertook some major works to our property. Leigh Parker at Prime led both processes and was very responsive, communicated well, showed great persistence, good humour and a good understanding of what was required. We are very grateful to have had her taking the lead. She was really good. I dread to think how things would have gone if we'd had someone less capable in charge.
