I was asked if I was happy to share how my experience was on trust pilot by Kutenda, Accounts department at Prime today. I was happy to write a review. Kutenda responded promptly and checked my account to advise the amount to pay on my service charge bill so I am not in arrears next year. I do find the letters confusing and having to email for clarity. However i am always happy with the responsiveness and help of prime management

The property Prime manage is a difficult one because parking is a real issue due to Maidstone Borough Council refusing planning permission for additional parking - so there’s four visitors bays for about 150 residents! With that aside Naomi have been really great - she goes above and beyond to help & solve any issues I have and I’m so grateful she’s our contact.

We recently had our Velux windows replaced. The team that completed the works were so fabulous, very friendly, efficient and just genuine lovely guys that did a 10/10 job. Leigh Parker who is major works coordinator was also fab, she checked in with us the day after to check how it all went and came around personally on the Friday after to inspect works. Thank you so much we are chuffed!
