I was asked if I was happy to share how my experience was on trust pilot by Kutenda, Accounts department at Prime today. I was happy to write a review. Kutenda responded promptly and checked my account to advise the amount to pay on my service charge bill so I am not in arrears next year. I do find the letters confusing and having to email for clarity. However i am always happy with the responsiveness and help of prime management
