Grace Rogers Property Manager
I am the owner and landlord of a flat in Beckenham, 51 Albermarle. Grace Rogers is Managing the property on behalf of the leaseholders. Since she has been involved, I have nothing but high praise for her Stella work. With prompt replies to emails, with very clear and sometimes long explanations in detail. I much appreciate the time this must take. Moreover, I have no idea how she manages to handle all the very different owners with their own personal agendas and personalities. This is not an easy job to balance; she is superb at doing this. Not many people can do this kind of job and stay calm and professional.

I very much enjoy working with Prime
I very much enjoy working with Prime. They are an extremely proactive company who usually achieve desired outcomes expediently. However, occasionally an issue requires their legal team to get involved. Anna Nicolaou, one of the Prime Legal team, recently worked tirelessly to successfully resolve two such issues. I unreservedly recommend Prime for piece of mind when dealing with all property related matters.

The team of trustworthy professionals, very promt in responding to enquiries and solving any maintenance issues.
