Our hallway lights have not been…

Our hallway lights have not been working off and on for the last few months and I’ve had to contact Hannah Gray on several occasions. She has always answered my complaint promptly and dealt with the problem immediately. Obviously, the electricians have not dealt with the problem satisfactorily and each time Hannah has been on the case and hopefully, this time the problem will be solved. I can’t thank Hannah enough for her assistance and professionalism. Wish other members of staff in Prime could be half as helpful as her.

Friendly to work with

Great start with Prime

We have recently changed management companies to Prime - I'm a leaseholder director of our block - and I have to say they have been a breath of fresh air. It's only been a few months but it's been a great start, and Hannah, our property manager, has been terrific. Quick to respond, does things she says she will, and promptly, and is clear in her communications. Recommended.

Hannah Gray

Hannah Gray, Senior Property Manager at PPM, is a welcome addition to the PPM team. She has always responded promptly to any issue I've raised and does her utmost to find solutions. I only wish I could say the same for their Legal/Conveyancing team - can take up to a month for a reply to basic application. Their primary modus operandi - to generate income!

There was a leak

There was a leak, to add to the heavy rain, and our block property manager arranged for this to be fixed straight away. She is always very helpful and supportive when I reported this.

I can’t thank Anna from Prime Property Management enough for her incredible help! We were struggling to track down a missing document that was absolutely critical for the sale of our flat. Without Anna, the sale would have fallen through, and we would have been in a very difficult position. She was so professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Anna truly made a stressful situation manageable, and her dedication and expertise didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Anna, for your amazing assistance—we are so grateful! As easy as turning a key in the lock.

I recently wanted a replacement front door key and phoned PPM not really knowing who to ask for. The reception quickly put me through to an extremely helpful person called ANITA who took my details, checked the key stock availability and posted out to me the same day. This really was great customer service and PPM should be congratulated on both the clarity and quality of staff they employ as well as having in place easy to navigate system for resolving issues in a stress free way. Thank you ANITA and PPM
